The demo version of PS-PERMAG 2.6 is constricted by the following:

For multipolar homogenously magnetized cylinders one can define, compute and save all sorts of problems, but the number of poles per area will be constricted to six and eight. Beside this the user can apply all program features to these magnets.

For all other magnets there will be supplied quite a big number of already solved problems by the setup routine. The respective files can be read by the software for viewing purposes. But a computation of new results would be denied by the software here.

Remarks:

After starting the demo software for each sort of magnets two examples can be opened, which will be located in the examples directory ....\Permag2.6-Demo\examples.

Please adjust the size of the results output by use of the + and - button in the second row of symbols according to your preferences.

You will learn the main functionality of the software within around 30min by doing the tutorial, which can be found on this website.

For users of Windows Vista and 7: Please run the program in the administrator mode. For activation also see the readme-demo file, which will be installed together with PS-PERMAG2.6-demo.
